Terms of Service

You must be at least 13 years old to use Rizzly. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are between 13 and 18, you represent that your parent or guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@rizzly.xyz if you suspect unauthorised access.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in abuse, or are involved in fraudulent activity.

Rizzly operates on a credit system. Credits are used to generate AI reply suggestions. Credits may be purchased through our payment provider, Polar, or earned through promotional activities.

Credits are non-refundable once used. Unused credits do not expire. We reserve the right to adjust credit pricing at any time; existing purchased credits are not affected by price changes.

All payments are processed by Polar. We do not store your payment card information. Disputes related to payment should be raised with Polar or your card issuer.

You agree not to use Rizzly to:

• Upload content that violates another person's privacy (e.g. screenshots shared without consent)
• Generate content intended to harass, threaten, or harm any individual
• Circumvent, disable, or interfere with any security features of the Service
• Use automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to access the Service without our prior written consent
• Resell or redistribute access to the Service without authorisation
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law

The messages generated by Rizzly are produced by an AI model and are intended as suggestions only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, appropriateness, or effectiveness of any generated content. You are solely responsible for how you use generated messages in your conversations.

Rizzly does not use your conversation content to train AI models. Content you submit is processed transiently by Google's Gemini AI and is not retained by us beyond the session.

The Rizzly name, logo, interface, and underlying technology are owned by Rizzly. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.

You retain ownership of any content you upload (e.g. screenshots). By uploading content, you grant us a limited, temporary licence to process it solely for the purpose of generating your reply suggestions.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated content will meet your expectations or achieve any particular outcome in your conversations.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rizzly shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or any outcomes resulting from AI-generated content.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Rizzly operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
